搪玻璃搪瓷反应釜半管夹套的结构特点以及半管成型原理：半管夹套中间部分为釜体，釜体外纵向环绕着半管，且半管内装有循环冷却水，半管横截面为半圆形，搪瓷反应釜釜体与环绕的半管之间是焊接在一起的。半管采用的原料为金属板料。然后将板料通过前后直排的数组成型辊轮(凹凸轮)，凹凸轮的回转带动金属板料向前输送，紧接着进行横向弯曲形成半圆形，随后纵向弯曲呈环状。
